Our Policy

  1.  ALL NEW CLIENTS ARE REQUIRED TO COMPLETE A CONSULTATION BEFORE RECEIVING ANY SERVICES.

  2.  RETIGHTENING FEE IS $140 FOR UP TO 4 HOURS (REGULAR 4 TO 6 WEEKS RETIGHTENING). $20 FOR EACH ADDITIONAL HALF HOUR

  3. MAINTENANCE RETIGHTENING SESSIONS MAY BE NEEDED FOR CLIENTS WHO'S HAIR IS OVER 6 WEEKS FOR A REGULAR RETIGHTENING.

  4. ONLY THOSE BEING SERVICED ARE ALLOWED IN THE SALON AREA

  5. HAIR MUST BE WASHED BEFORE THE APPOINTMENT (WITHIN 24 TO 48 HOURS OF SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT).

  6.  APPOINTMENT WILL BE CANCELED IF ARRIVAL IS MORE THAN 15 MINUTES LATE. $35 CANCELATION FEE

  7.  $35.00 CANCELATION FEE WILL BE ASSESSED IF APPOINTMENT IS CANCELED LESS THAN 24 HOURS NOTICE 

  8.  PAYMENTS ACCEPTED: CASH, ZELLE, APPLE PAY, PAYPAL, VENMO. CASH APP IS NOT ACCEPTED.

  9.  COVID POSITIVE CLIENTS WILL NEED PROOF OF A NEGATIVE COVID TEST BEFORE BEING SERVICED

  10. IF YOU ARE FEELING UNWELL OR EXPERIENCING ANY SYMPTOMS OF ILLNESS, PLEASE RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT. FOR THE HEALTH AND SAFETY OF EVERYONE, I KINDLY ASK THAT YOU RETURN ONCE YOU ARE FULLY WELL.
